PAYMENTS
50% in advance via bank transfer, PIX or credit card. Remaining balance at check-in via bank transfer, PIX or credit card.
CANCELLATION
No cancellation fee requested until 60 days prior to arrival.
From 59 to 30 days before the arrival: 50% of deposit.
From 30 to 1 day before the arrival: 100% of deposit.
DAMAGE LIABILITY
Guest is responsible for accidental damages. Property inspection at check-in and check-out. At check-in: credit card authorization for damage guarantee (amount held temporarily, not charged if no damages). After check-out without damages: authorization canceled within 7 days.
